Danny Malone has been raised on local Texas music. He’s taken his rockin’ roots to an extreme with originally energetic melodies and very insightful lyrics. His sound has been described as indie/folk/alt country, but like most true contemporary artists, his sound defies categorization. In review of his first full-length studio effort, ‘Cuddlebug,’ one critic remarked "not since The Counting Crows released August and Everything After in 1994 has an album achieved a perfect balance between intelligence and accessibility."
