      Vice always seems to come around town to throw random, small, unpublicized ragers, and they are always a lot of fun and well curated. This time around, looks like Black Angels is doing their job for them. As local Austinites, they obviously know what is going on in Austin music. Thus, this event is a no-brainer.

This is a group of people who utilize their spare time to bring you local music, local talent, local art... So, you know that when they say they are going to throw you a party, they really mean it.       I only wish this show wasn't sold out, but it unfortunately is. It has been months in advance. If you are going, consider yourself lucky, or rather a good planner. I envy you.

      Rio Rita is such a relaxing place to spend your days, at the cafe, and at night, at the bar. Love and a 45 is every Monday, and what better place to spend a hectic Monday than the ever-chill Rio Rita? Bonus, you are allowed to bring your own 45s to play in the bar. I can't imagine a better way to spend your Monday nights, if you're out.

      There is absolutely no reason not to go to this event. I'm really excited to see the big bands, all pretty much up and coming ones, and the more than worthy local bands playing with them.
