What comes to mind when you think of the month of April? We don’t know about you, but we think jazz, jazz, and more jazz. Miles Davis… Ella Fitzgerald… Louis Armstrong… Herbie Hancock… All those great, influential jazz musicians who should be celebrated all the time, yet sometimes are forgotten in the midst of all the popular music in America today. Well as you may already know, April is the official Jazz Appreciation Month and we want to help you find the best venues and events for Jazz in Austin. We are compiling a list of jazzy places to go and things to do around town just for you, so you can join us in this JAM celebration.
