"Wolverhamptons Big Black Smoke were formed in 2006 and have already set the local scene alight with an exhillarating live set. You can be sure to catch Big Black Smokes "Rock 'n' Roll Circus" around the UK with major cities such as Birmingham and Sheffield already having a taste. Drawing on inspiration from bands such as The La's and The Kinks "the Smoke" aim to write the perfect pop song while keeping the rock 'n' roll spirit alive. With jangly guitars and bouncy basslines the songs are instantly catchy and the melodies are simply poptatsic, throw in some 3 part harmonies and the band are well on their way to acheiving their aim.
