Though formed nearly 17 years ago, Grand Champeen's current lineup was established in March of 2000. GC started touring in the fall of 2000 and have continued to tour the nation ever since. With three albums under their belt, Grand Champeen is about to unleash their most potent platter to date. Like many of their influences, evolution and growth are the name of the game. Expect the same old Grand Champeen taking their next step in songwriting and recording, expanding on the idea that quality songs can exist within the rock genre.

Fourth time’s the charm! Grand Champeen has had its flashes of brilliance in the past, but where 2003’s The One That Brought You fired far more bar band than studio savvy, Dial T for This overflows with pop hooks that would make Cheap Trick purple with envy.more at austinchronicle.com
