Heybale!

Heybale! is Austin's finest Country band. They have been holding down sunday nights at the Continental Club in Austin going on 6 years. It is the place to be on sunday evenings for dancers, celebrities and musicians. The stars of the show are Earl Poole Ball, who played piano for many years with Johnny Cash, and Redd Volkaert, a Telecaster player like you have never seen before. He played with Merle haggard for many years. Rounding out the band are Kevin Smith on stand-up bass, Gary Claxton on acoustic rhythm and vocals and Tom Lewis on drums. The last sunday of the month we become a huge band with the addition of Cindy Cashdollar on lap steel, Elena Freemerman on fiddle and Eric Hokkanen on electric mandolin and fiddle.
