Let us be proud to be able to stand up for what we still believe in. Let’s reflect in the bountiful light of life and forget the scorn of the past. Let us unite with resolve for the future. Let us re-invite the demons of our past; take them out to coffee or have an old fashioned sleepover. Let us stay up late and talk to them, see where they’re at. Let us drench in our own self-doubt; let us long for our weaning gift of enlightened ignorance. Let us now forget all that there is. Let’s let go of who we are. Let’s share the things we can’t name; the feelings that confuse or reassure. Let us listen to the twang of unity in the strings that will reverberate though the wooden boxes of our hearts.
