SHAKEY GRAVES’ “stunning” (KUT-FM) one-man show has made him a hero in his hometown, so much so that the Mayor of Austin gave him his own holiday: February 9th is officially “Shakey Graves Day” in the Live Music Capitol of the World. In 2012, KUT-FM picked Shakey Graves as one of the best new artists and The Austin Chronicle called ROLL THE BONES one of the year’s best. NPR Music called his debut album “Unclassifiably (sp) original and frighteningly good” while Daytrotter said “Incredible storytelling…the full-bodied richness of a novella, set in the sketchy, rattlesnake-infested wilds of the southern parts of America.” For more information about Shakey Graves including full bio and video links, please visit www.shakeygraves.com.
