It’s been a long time coming, but Austin noisemakers Experimental Aircraft have finally completed their trinity. Album No. 3, Third Transmission: Meet Me on Echo Echo Terrace, also marks the quartet’s 10-year anniversary. Guitarist Rachel Staggs’ voice still floats in a dreamy haze over big walls of gorgeous, reverbed dream-pop, the kind that makes you wish 120 Minutes was still on MTV.
