Abe Vigoda is an experimental, tropicali punk rock band based in Los Angeles, California but originally from Chino, California. They take their name from the actor Abe Vigoda most famous for appearing in the Godfather. They gained noteriety for their performances at the smell. They have so far released three full length albums, the third one, Skeleton, was released in the U.S on July 8th 2008 on Post Present Medium. Listen at Last.fm

Forgettable Because: Even four albums in, these products of the L.A. underground still haven't found anything that breaks them out of insular cools-kids-making-music-for-ot her-cool-kids bubble. Which is not to say the quartet won't, because as their lunch hour set for Coachella early birds showed, they are viciously good players who weave all sorts of rhythmic intricacies into their Cure-in-a-blender sound.
