Hailing from Austin in Texas the band take much of their inspiration from 1960’s "girl groups in love".

Flaky soils shelter our warm skins while our tendrils creep slowly upward to taste the bitter air. The farmer beats our boney fingers back underground with the back of his broom. We tear at each other's sparse roots in frustration. No sweet fruit grows below the surface for ye. Only hirsute torment festers this winter.
