- Las Guitarras de España is a Chicago based world music ensemble with a Spanish guitar foundation. Members of the ensemble have visited over 30 countries to gather materials and collaborate with artists from such places as India, Syria, Senegal, Mali, Cuba, Brazil, and Spain. The ensemble has released 5 CDs since forming in 2000 with the latest 2011 Novo Records release, "Tantas Cosas" receiving critical acclaim and Grammy consideration.
