Somebody who decides things has decided today, October 28th, is National Chocolate Day. Ain't that sweet?? They just gave us a hall pass to eat all the chocolate we want! It's kind of like Valentine's Day, minus all of the lovey dovey nonsense. You can indulge in the chocolate and skip the cheesy greeting card.
