We're excited to present our annual Bob Marley Birthday Bash with Shantytown Underground. This dynamic ten-piece band plays classic "golden age" 70's style reggae and features a reggae rhythm section, horn section, female backing vocal duo, and lead vocalist performing tunes by acts such as Toots and the Maytals, Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs, Burning Spear etc. This year Shantytown will be combining songs from Exodus with other works from throughout Marley's career. Local roots reggae act, The Mau Mau Chaplains keep the party rollin' with classic covers. Come early and enjoy local favorite, DJ Manny, spinning your favorite reggae tunes and grab a plate of Winston’s Caribbean cuisine. Shantytown Underground will kick off the show with classic reggae and their second set will be all Bob Marley.
