To celebrate the arrival of Robert De Niro’s archive, the Harry Ransom Center will screen Greetings (1968) on Tuesday, February 20, at 7 p.m. as part of the Robert De Niro Film Series. The film, directed by Brian De Palma, stars De Niro, Gerrit Graham, and Jonathan Warden. Associate Curator of Film Steve Wilson introduces the film and discusses related items from the De Niro collection.

Seating is free, but limited.

Other films in the series include Bloody Mama (1970) on February 27, Bang the Drum Slowly (1973) on March 19, and Mean Streets (1973) on March 27. All screenings take place at the Harry Ransom Center at 7 p.m.

De Niro donated his archive to the Ransom Center in 2006. The collection is still being processed, but the University Co-Op will host Robert De Niro in Costume: Selections From the Archive, an exhibition of 13 iconic costumes from the collection, inside the first-floor main entrance of the University Co-op from March 19 to April 1.
