and restaurants are teaming up for this new initiative, East Austin
Live.  With more theatre, dance, and live performance than any other
area of Austin, East Austin is now a thriving hot bed for arts and
entertainment.  At least 19 venues that provide homes for the arts,
more than 33 artistic companies (theatre, dance, multi-media,
performance), and dozens of restaurants are part of East Austin Live,
and we are just beginning!!

Join your friends from artistic venues like The VORTEX, The Off-
Center, The Blue Theatre, City Theatre, New East Arts Gallery,
Salvage Vanguard Theatre, and Arts on Real, along with all of the
artists from the dozens of companies that work at these and other
