I'm sure it's glaringly obvious when you see me and Owen at any of the Sing-Along shows, but we really really love being able to be a part of these. We love it when it's a movie and we're all singing and pretending like we don't want to cry. We love it when it's a bad music video from a beloved pop artist. And we really, really love it when the Alamo Downtown turns into this makeshift theatrical dance party and everyone starts standing up at their seats and then moving into the aisles and making their way down to the empty area in the front of the room next to the stage. We've had a total blast putting these shows together and dancing up there with everyone, and even though we're really excited for September and doing more shows over at the Ritz, we'll always have a soft spot in our hearts for the little nooks and crannies of the Original Alamo, where we know exactly all the best places to get in a few extra inches of knee-bouncing room (we dance a lot, but we aren't really good at it, so yeah, knee-bouncing room is what we need). So this June we're going to revisit some of our favorite Sing-Alongs of the past one more time in their original home, and then we're going to close out the Colorado Street Sing-Alongs with a show we're crazy excited for - the Ultimate Sing-Along Mix Tape. It's just our little way of letting everyone know how we feel, through the poetry of popular music. No diggity. No doubt. (Henri)

Before that woman by the courthouse released her doves... Before Michael hung his baby out his hotel room window... Before we all watched in horror as Wacko Jacko bought TV time in the early 90s to complain about the police looking at his penis... Hell, before we even wondered about whether or not he liked to touch little boys... There was the King of Pop. And he was Bad. Sure, sometimes he got a little sappy when he started looking at the Man in the Mirror, but we went along with it, if only because the only crotch he grabbed would be his own (rumors about a certain Dirty Diana or what exactly he wanted to Keep in the Closet notwithstanding), and we loved him for it.

Before the show we'll have a moonwalking MJ dance contest on the stage and throughout the show, of course, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to stand up out of your seat and grab your crotch while screaming, "A hee heeeee!"
