Gilbert Vera and up-and-coming fighters Parke Davidson and S'Kati Katz will all be duking it out to hold on to their undefeated records.  Gilbert Vera, an Austin native, will be headlining the event for the Texas Super Lightweight title.  He holds an impressive 8-0-1 record, including three knockouts.  Parke Davidson made his debut last week in Irving and had a strong showing with a technical knockout in the third round.  S'Kati Katz, the wife of the popular Katz Deli owner, Marc Katz, also made noise earlier this year when she first stepped inside the ring and recorded a third-round technical knockout in her boxing debut.  The evening will feature several bouts with the full fight card released soon.
