Every Friday in July, the AUSTIN PUPPET SOCIETY transforms the second stage into an after-hours CABARET with ACTS FROM THE OUTER DARK, drawn from the venerable stage arts of PUPPET, CLOWN, SONG and STORY.
Each show will run approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and feature musical acts, stand-up comedy, clowning and puppets, all strictly for adults. All are welcome to bring your instruments, props or puppets and take the stage during transitions from one act to another. Performers will include Dot Smith of Snaggletooth Theater, Heather Jarry, Ricki Vincent of Geppetto Dreams, Connor Hopkins’ TroublePuppet Theater Company, Kevin Cox, and others.
