AA-S Best Bet: Lockhart native Victor Garcia showcases his latest pieces in "Awakening the Soul," an exhibit featured at Las Manitas. In 2003, Garcia decided to dedicate himself to his talent and hasn't turned back since. He credits his fellow artists and Texas State University professors Jill Pankey and Pehr Smith with influencing his dreamlike style.
