Audition Notice

When: August 11 at 11:00am (open ended)
Where: Metamorphosis Dance Academy

Who: Looking for versatile dancers with a strong ballet background.
 
Positions to fill:
AMDE II Dancers
v     Ages 12-18
v     At least 2 years of ballet training
v     Must be currently enrolled in 2 ballet classes per week plus a class in jazz or modern.
v     $50.00 production fee for costuming and choreography.
 
AMDE Apprentices
v     Ages 16-21
v     At least 4 years of ballet training
v     Currently enrolled in 4 ballet classes per week plus a class in jazz or modern.
 
AMDE
v     Must be at least 18 years of age
v     Professional performance experience required
v     Please bring résumé
 
Requirements:
Must be available to attend rehearsals on Saturdays from 10:30-5:00pm and/or Sundays from 1:00-5:00pm.  If you are unable to commit to both days of rehearsals your casting will be affected.  AMDE II only required to attend on Saturdays.  AMDE II members will only be used in “James and the Giant Peach” and “Ballet Under the Stars”.  Special exceptions will be made for dancers exhibiting extraordinary talent.
