Why not have your kids read for the 2007 RIF Read-A-Thon?
The 2007 RIF Read-A-Thon, presented by Spansion, is an annual event benefiting Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) of Austin. It encourages community service and promotes literacy among students in the Austin area. From September 17-28, 2007, students are asked to solicit pledges, read and log pages for two weeks, and then collect donations to benefit RIF of Austin. Incentives will be awarded to students based on amounts collected.
Individual school age students can register at www.rifaustin.org.
