This event draws inspiration from traveling medicine shows of the 19th and early 20th centuries, bringing strange and frightening wonders to small-town, unsuspecting America. While Austin is no hub of small-town naivte, it had best be prepared to unbunch its bloomers and open its eyes to the scintillating sensation known as the ALLEGED MEDICINE SHOW.

THE ALLEGED MEDICINE SHOW will showcase the multifarious talents of some of Austin’s most singular artistic outlaws - paintings, drawings, photos, sculpture, fashion, photography, music, burlesque, fire-dancing by SAGE and other unpredictabilities.

Feel as small-town America must have felt - breathless and humbled before a host of wonders the likes of which have not been seen in this bold new millennium.
