Stitch is Austin’s largest Indie Fashion Show and Craft Bazaar. This Nov 10th at the Austin Convention Center (Hall 1) is the 5 year anniversary show. Started by Jennifer Perkins (Naughty Secretary Club), Tina Sparkles (Sparkle Craft), Karly Hand (Identity Crisis Clothing) and Jesse Kelly-Landes (Amet and Sasha) Stitch was called by Nylon Magazine “Austin’s most interesting night of fashion”.
The craft bazaar will have over 100 vendors from all over the country including Etsy, Sublime Stitching, Ornamental Things, 31 Corn Lane and More. There are also interactive craft booths with Duncan Crafts and Carlo Rossi as well as free runway hair by Birds Barbershop. The runway show starts at 9:30 with designers like Built By Wendy for Simplicity, Chia, Hot Pink Pistol, Ramonster and more. Matt Bearden will MC the show and music is provided by Ian Orth (Learning Secrets), Bigface (DJ Dojo), Prince Klassen and Dj Jennifer (Ear Candy). Tickets are only $10, get there early free goodie bags to the first 500 people in the door.

The Stitch Fashion Show And Guerrilla Craft Bazaar is an annual celebration of independent design, artistry and creativity. Come see over 100 craft fair booths, 17 designers from around the country on the runway, local DJs Jennifer from Ear Candy, Ian Orth from Learning Secrets, Prince Klassen, and Bigface. Special guest Bradley Baumkirchner from Project Runway will be handing out this year’s prize grant and auctioning off one of his pieces. This year’s Stitch will be held at the Austin Convention Center, Hall 1 on November 10, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
