Logic says that a band such as Electric Six should be wearing out its welcome faster than it is, which just proves that campy songs such as "Danger! High Voltage" and "Naked Pictures" are also pretty sturdy, thanks to solid rock crunch and disco-fried grooves. The group isn't tired of silly thrills yet, judging by its recent album, I Shall Exterminate Everything Around Me That Restricts Me From Being The Master. The young whippersnappers in opener Willowz serve up an unkempt mix of bluesy, rolling rhythms and garage-punk soul that evokes The Stooges and The Stones. Also opening: We Are The Fury.
