The Ohio trio of Times New Viking blow out speakers left and right with fuzzy, lo-fi indie rock that is equal parts noise and pop. Los Llamarada are a spacey psychedelic punk trio from Nuevo Leon, one of the hottest bands south of the border. Post-grunge rock trio Ume and sludge-punk outfit When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth add local flavor.
