The Brooklyn duo known as Ratatat are quite simply one of the best American electronic acts to emerge over the past five years. They scored a big hit with the songs "Seventeen Years" when they released their debut in 2004, followed it up with the critically acclaimed album Classics, and are continuing directly down the path to stardom with a new album in 2008 full of dance friendly beats, synthesizers, percussion instruments, sound effects, and various samples. Their live shows are not to be missed.
