To celebrate the release of their first LP, "Valley of the Cyclops," Diagonals along with Vinyl Entertainment will present a late night party on Saturday, Feb. 28th at 501 Studios. "Valley of the Cyclops" is a sweet and sour, dark pop soundtrack for the dawn of this new era. The songs, with dancy beats, catchy organ melodies, and haunting guitar riffs, combined with twisted deadpan lyrics, will take the listener on a dark and strange journey - luckily there's plenty of dancing along the way!
501 Studios is located at 501 North IH-35 (I-35 and East 6th Street). Doors will open alittle before midnight and will go long into the night. Diagonals will take the stage at 12:30 am. Supporting them will be The Ugly Beats and DJ Brian Tweedy. Valley of the Cyclops will be available on February 28th on iTunes and on www.monofonuspress.com.
