Though originally from North Carolina, Ear Pwr has assimilated itself pretty well into Baltimore’s quirky synth-pop scene. This is the city, after all, that gave start to the likes of Dan Deacon and The Death Set, a city of art-school kids beating on pawnshop synthesizers and cheap drum machines. more at austin.decider.com
