Infamous X-rated rappers 2 Live Crew became the focus of a national censorship debate in 1989 when they released “Me So Horny” and their double -platinum album 'As Nasty As They Wanna Be.' After a couple of short-lived reunions and a hit single on the 'Friday' soundtrack, Brother Marquis and Fresh Kid Ice lead are now the only members still leading the group. They performed a hot set at the FADER party at SXSW 2008, and are reportedly releasing a new named 'Just Wanna Be Heard' featuring Mannie Fresh, E-40, and Too Short.
