The Raveonettes are Sharin Foo and Sune Rose Wagner, a Danish guy/girl duo who made their mark on the emerging new garage-rock scene in 2002 with an image that was pure '50s retro-cool. They are known for their sleazy, fuzzed-out guitar adhere to a classic three chord formula mixed with plenty of distortion. Brooklyn band Here We Go Magic are led by singer/songwriter Luke Temple, whose dizzyingly hypnotic vocals mesh with a melodic collage of indie folk and Baroque pop. At the Parish on Friday for an Official ACL Aftershow.
