90054 New Belgium's Bike In Cinema presents The Goonies This Thursday you are invited to bring a chair or blanket to Triangle Park (at the intersection of Guadalupe and Lamar Boulevard) for <a href="../2009/10/08/new-belgiums-bike-in-cinema-presents-the-goonies">New Belgium’s Bike In Cinema</a>, an outdoor movie night just for the cyclists of Austin. This week the feature film will be the 1985 favorite, <a href="../2009/10/08/new-belgiums-bike-in-cinema-presents-the-goonies">The Goonies</a>! Ride your bike on over to join Chunk and the gang at dusk for food available from the Flying Saucer and $3 New Belgium Beers. All proceeds from beer sales benefit the League of Bicycle Voters. Next week, Thursday, October 15, come right back for the same great food and drink, and a screening of <a href="../2009/10/08/new-belgiums-bike-in-cinema-presents-the-goonies">Bottle Rocket</a>! There is no better way to spend an autumn (or as close as Austin can get to autumn) evening! Every summer since then we have hosted our own outdoor Bike-in Cinema on the front lawn here at New Belgium. It’s quite a sight – 400 or 500 of our friends and neighbors spread out on blankets, catching a flick and sipping a beer beneath the stars. All beer proceeds go to local non-profits and generally exceed $10,000 every season.
