Neon Indian comes from the mind of Alan Palomo, who was the creative force behind Ghosthustler and spends some of his time on the synth-pop sounds of VEGA. Soliciting the visual acrobatics of video artist Alicia Scardetta, this project is setting out to be a multimedia maelstrom. They’ve been compared to New Order, Future Bible Heroes, and most recently said to sound like a saw-wave cutting a Doobie Brother’s song in half. Neon Indian also received some Pitchfork love by being honored with their coveted 'Best New Music' award (read the review HERE), as well as an amazing video review on ABC World News's feature 'New Music Mondays' (view it HERE).

On The Tunnels, Spider House says: "And yet another worthy car is added to the Austin psychedelic trip-train. The Tunnels are Spacemen 3 to The Black Angels' Warlocks/13th Floor Elevators, using a cleaner, more deliberate strum to reach their own blissed-out corner of the cosmos."
