A striking blend of modern rock grooves, potent guitar work, Latin percussion and soulful lyrics has made VALLEJO one of the most popular bands to hail from Austin, Texas. Their music immediately hooks listeners right in, taking them on a roller-coaster ride of musical beats and expressions. Vallejo has recently won "Best Rock Band" at the Austin Music Awards, was nominated for Univision’s “Best Latin Rock Band in Austin,” and will be headlining at Antone's this Saturday. Opening will be 24-year old Ryan Harkrider, whose solo music has garnered air time in Austin on FM 91.7 KVRX and was featured on KVUE 24 News and Fox 7 News’ Good Day Austin morning show.
