A five-course culinary delight for a romantic Valentine’s evening. Start with a pan-seared foie gras and dine your way to the main course selections of Kobe beef sirloin, pan-seared sea bream, or butter poached lobster and conclude with your choice of warm fruit crepes with Chambord sauce, passion fruit chocolate cake or Grand Marnier crème brûlée. A bubbly toast of the manager’s selection will accompany your meal.
