John Popper, the enigmatic front-man of multi-platinum grammy winners, Blues Traveler, recently emerged with an all new solo album featuring 12 original tracks. Best known for crafting some of the most memorable songs of the '90's including 'Run-Around' and 'Hook', John Popper's new project is a labor of love. Having formed Blues Traveler in the late '80's, the legendary harp master was influential in bringing the band's domestic sales tally to over 8 million sold in their storied 25 year career. Described by Popper as a 'liberating, scrappy, roots-rock alter ego of Blues Traveler', the album contains the endearing first single, 'Something Sweet', which the band recently performed on Lopez Tonight.
