Spence (Austin Boogie Crew/The Boogie/Friends of Sound) hosts "Do It To It," a sister funk ladies night every First Friday night at The Sahara Lounge.
The Sahara is an awesome dive in East Austin at 1413 Webberville Rd. Low lighting, beer garden, pool tables and plenty of room to dance. From I-35, just take 12th street for two miles until it dead ends, hit a left on Webberville and you'll see Sahara on the right.
Raw funk, smooth soul and slick boogie jams on all vinyl. First drink for the ladies is free before 11PM!
