Beer 101 Course

A two hour Beer 101 course split between Flix Brewhouse and HomeField Grill that will teach you how different beers are made, how to taste the real differences between beers and how to pair any kind of beer with things you can cook at home in your kitchen!

Saturday, January 14, 2012 beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Where

Beer 101 begins at 11:30 a.m. at Flix Brewhouse and will end around 1:30 p.m. at HomeField Grill. After earning your “Official Beer Geek Certification” and enjoying lunch at HomeField Grill, you are free to stay or leave. Of course, we recommend staying and spending time in either the Clubhouse or heading back to Flix to indulge in one of our taps of delicious beer.

As a local business run by local beer geeks, Flix Brewhouse and HomeField Grill want you to understand why this is such a passion of ours. We want to share with you how we operate our brewery and we’d like you to enjoy our 74 beers that we have on draft between Flix and HomeField. Most of all, we just want you to have a good time while learning about our favorite subject: BEER!

The cost of $30 includes a beer flight at each location, lunch at HomeField Grill, a Beer 101 Official Beer Geek Certificate and a Beer 101 T-shirt that you can sport anywhere you go.
