Amadeus Warnebring was born into a family of musicians; Amadeus Warnebring hates music. He rebels by becoming a police officer and eschewing the world of rock, but in the words of the great Gloria Estefan, "The rhythm IS gonna get you." A group of guerrilla percussionists perform anarchic drum spectacles across the city, and Warnebring must delve into their world to investigate this "musical apocalypse."
