- Don't miss an Argentine-inspired celebration of beef, wine, music, and the outdoors at Vaca y Vino. An entire steer will be roasted over open fire, and three additional Argentine courses will be served at each hour throughout the day. In between courses, guests can stroll around the ranch, sip Argentine wines and Texas beer, and enjoy live music by Latino-funk masters, Brownout, and classical Argentine tango maestros, Glover Tango. Proceeds benefit the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance. Tickets also include transportation from downtown Austin.
