University of Texas Opera EnsembleButler School of MusicMay 2ndJessen AuditoriumThe University of Texas at Austin Butler School of Music presents the U.T. Opera Ensemble in concert. The performances will be held on Wednesday, May 2nd, in the Jessen Auditorium at 7:30 p.m.Directed by William Lewis, the Undergraduate Opera Ensemble performs scenes, arias and complete operas. Students’ studies include role preparation, musical preparation, language coaching,and acting, culminating in performances at the end of each semester.Admission is free for the concert performances.
