Spruce Salon, a new, upscale AVEDA concept salon in West Austin is rapidly growing, and we are looking to add a Cutting Specialist to our team. You must be reliable, self-motivated, and a true professional. Punctuality is essential as is a positive attitude and customer-focused demeanor. Experience with AVEDA preferred, but not required. You must be very comfortable with selling retail and upselling services to clients.
Spruce provides specialized training in our signature hair services, client service procedures, retail products and continuing education. We are a departmentalized salon and are looking to fill a full time position. We offer a competitive compensation program, retail commission, and an employee health insurance plan.
