Instant Vintage: Groove Lounge (w/ Phonte & 9th Wonder at the ND)

Instant Vintage is a new monthly event in Austin, TX bringing Neo Soul, R&B, and Hip Hop together in "lounge" format to the North Door, which has recently hosted groups such as The Foreign Exchange. Take a night away from the crowds, noise, and clubs, and experience one of Austin's newest and more intimate venues. The night starts off with smooth Neo Soul, R&B, and Hip Hop, then picks up the heat as the night goes on! Every Third Saturday @ 9pm. No Cover (for Instant Vintage).

For the May Edition, Phonte & 9th Wonder will be performing at the ND (in the same building as the North Door)!

DJ Bobby West started off his career over 10 years ago on the East Coast. Since relocating to Austin in 2011, Bobby has played a range of venues in the Red River District, 6th Street, The Warehouse District, & East Austin, as well as several private events with promotion companies such as Knuckle Rumbler. Bobby also holds multiple weekly & monthly residencies in Austin playing Hip Hop, R&B, Neo Soul, Indie Rock, and more.

The North Door is located at 501 Brushy - in between 5th & 6th just east of I-35. Entrance off the alley. Close enough to downtown, yet just far enough away.
