In November 2011, The Royalty signed to Victory Records and will debut their first full-length album, Lovers, on May 8, 2012. Already receiving high praise for their single “How I Like ‘Em”, The Royalty gives listeners an escape into a breezy indie musical wonderland. “It’s like listening to a mix tape of your favorite bands all in one band… The Royalty channels their inner No Doubt and blend their sound with likes of Arcade Fire and Vampire Weekend. They do that all in the way where they sound original all to themselves. They’re on the same path as Fitz, the Tantrums and Foster the People have trail blazed before them.” explained WGN-TV (America), Music Lounge.

Formed in the desert city of El Paso, Texas in 2005, the band has gone on to perform multiple showcases at the 2012 Austin’s SXSW Festival, previously played the El Paso’s Neon Desert Music Festival, at Hollywood’s famed Knitting Factory and toured throughout the Midwest and West Coast. Their music has been featured in MTV and Spike TV shows and have already gained interest from NBC, ABC, FOX, MTV and the CW for placement. The Royalty will continue to tour throughout the year hitting major markets such as El Paso, Seattle, San Diego and Los Angeles before heading East.

Infantree is a symbol for growth. Whether it be intellectual, spiritual, physical, or emotional; growth is growth. If left unchecked, exponential growth could devour prosperity as we know it. Only when it’s applied within a means does growth reach its true potential of ceaseless sustainability. Infantree applies this method by way of harmony, like-mindedness, and an articulation of each indvidual’s role/capacity as a musician/human-being. At the same time the use of childlike reckless abandon seems key to wading through the water-mark left by the mainstream mindset. This dynamic has helped the members of Infantree to spread their roots as friends while simultaneously growing as a band.
