Event Details

Defiant CrossFit has a summer strength and conditioning program designed for high school students and athletes. This 10-week course will focus on increasing speed, power, agility, strength, flexibility, vertical leap, and cardiovascular endurance. Athletes can expect to see measurable improvements in just ten weeks.

 

Since CrossFit is designed for group settings, teams are encouraged to sign up together.

 

If you not a high school competitive athlete but want to get into shape, lose some weight, have more energy and just feel better, then there is a class for you as well. You will be surprised at how much you can change in just ten short weeks.

 

Classes begin Monday, June 4 and are held every weekday morning through August 10.

 

In order to participate in SummerFit, attend one of two CrossFit Introductory Sessions. The first session is Tuesday, May 22th at 7:00 PM; the second session is Thursday, May 31 at 7:00 PM at Defiant CrossFit located at 168901 Radholme Court in Round Rock.
