For 22 seasons, KGSR has been filling Zilker Park every other Wednesday with thousands of people, blankets and lawn chairs, families and music lovers for their annual Blues on the Green summer concert series. As Austin's largest FREE concert series KGSR's Blues on the Green has become a staple of the Austin lifestyle and ranks consistently among the top annual events in the Capital City.

Free Music Every other Wednesday from May 30th to August 8th! Patrons can enjoy food and non-alcoholic beverages from local restaurants and stop by our local charity area for volunteer and donation information. Blankets, lawn chairs, dogs on leashes, and children are all welcome. All shows begin at 7:30pm.

Rhett Miller is the front man and main songwriter of the hard-charging rock ‘n’ roll quartet the Old 97’s, as well as an accomplished solo artist. In addition to his nine studio albums with the 97’s, he has released four solo albums, including The Interpreter Live at Largo, which was released on November 22, 2011 on his own recently established label Maximum Sunshine Records. Miller's latest solo album, The Dreamer, hits stores June 5.

Formed in Austin, Wheeler Brothers have emerged as one of the most exciting bands breaking out of Texas. The five-piece act composed of Austin natives combines the gutsy indie vibe of the modern central Texas music scene with the longing strains of time-honored Texas folk us.
