July 9th is our second installment of Regional Roulette, MEAT and Greet II with pitmaster Justin "Junebug" Spencer and a Greek Style Lamb Roast.

great success and we hope to have an even bigger crowd for July.

native of Austin, TX, Justin "Junebug" Spencer spent the bulk of his
twenties in New York City studying food and bev under celebrity chef Tom
Colicchio, eventually working as Service Director at Craft
Steak/Coliccio & Sons. With several other former Craft employees his
team "Ribdiculous Bar B Krewe" competes in various national barbeque
competitions, winning 1st Place in Hot Wings in 2010 and 11th in Pork
Ribs this year at Memphis in May, the nation's preeminent BBQ
competition. Here in Austin he runs a small BBQ catering operation,
Junebug BBQ, and occasionally does special events for the public at
Foreign and Domestic.
