- TRIO TREZ are a group of seasoned musicians that perform a wide variety of traditional Latin-American music for listening and dancing pleasure. Combining the sounds of Colombian vallenato, Mexican bolero, Tejano conjunto, Afro-Cuban, Puerto Rican jibara, jazz and salsa, the band creates a vibrant sound that gets people moving and dancing. Over the years, the members have played with many notable groups in the Central Texas area including Cerronato, Sazon, Conjunto Los Pinkys, Brave Combo, Flaco Jimenez y su Conjunto and many others. The band features Clemencia Zapata (congas. bongos, cowbell, caja vallenata, and vocals), Brad Taylor (electric and acoustic bass), Kiko Villamizar (nylon-string guitar, vocals and guiro) and Bradley Jaye Williams (button accordion, organetto, trumpet, bajo sexto, cuatro and vocals). The band sometimes adds Tim Walsh (clarinet, tenor and soprano saxophone) and Susan Torres (button accordion and vocals).
