Free summer
movie fun is back! For seven years, Central Market has teamed up with
radio station 101X for free movies in the Central Market Cafe park area
on the three-story Alamo Drafthouse inflatable big movie screen.
Bring your blanket or lawn chairs and enjoy $2.50 draught beers with
lots of fun meal deals. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the
Central Market Cafe park area. The featured movie, Mean Girls, a 2004
American teen comedy film directed by Mark Waters with screenplay
written by Tina Fey, starts at sundown. The film stars Lindsay Lohan and
features a supporting cast of Rachel McAdams, Lacey Chabert, Amanda
Seyfried (in her film debut), and Lizzy Caplan. This year's Summer Movie
Series is presented by Round Rock Auto Group with additional
sponsorship by Union Pacific Railroad, Seton Medical Central Austin,
Gold's Gym, and Fred Loya Insurance.
