In partnership with Circuit of the Americas™ and the Circuit Events Host Committee™, Austin Fashion Week will kick off with the social event of the year at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum on Friday, August 10 from 8-11 pm! Don’t miss this prestigious event marrying motorsports and style.

SHIFT INTO STYLE—an exceptional fashion party and fundraiser, featuring runway shows, gourmet food and live entertainment. Circuit of The America’s beneficiary for this event is Seton Breast Cancer Center and Dell Children’s Blood and Cancer Center. During the evening, more than one-thousand guests will witness as VIPs from the fashion and motorsports industries unveil the outfits to be worn by the Circuit of The Americas’ (COTA) Girls at the FORMULA 1™ UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX Nov. 16-19, 2012. COTA Girls are stylish female ambassadors who will be part of the color and pageantry during the race week festivities. Local fashion talent, of Fashion Star™ fame, Ross Bennett designed the COTA Girls’ collection for Austin’s 2012 Grand Prix and will be on hand for the unveiling.

SHIFT INTO STYLE will feature runway shows including The Danes and other world-renowned designers, along with Linda Asaf, with hair and make up by ROAR Salon. In addition, proceeds from silent auction items created specifically for this event by Kendra Scott, Jessica Ciarla,Lana Chu, Megan Summerville, Demian & Alex, *annemarie* and Linda Asaf will benefit The Arc of the Capital Area.
